Are you passionate about changing diversity trends in the Financial Services industry? If so, come show off your ability to innovate and brainstorm real world solutions during our upcoming virtual hackathon!

Professor Lisa Cohen, Director of Equity, D & I and Associate Professor at McGill University

Prior to joining Desautels, Lisa Cohen has been a faculty member at London Business School, the Yale School of Management and the Graduate School of Management, University of California, Irvine, where she taught in the areas of strategic human resources, organizational behavior and communications.

Following postgraduate studies at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Lisa Cohen enjoyed a successful consultancy career. She worked as Principal Consultant at Terranova Consulting Group/Right Management Consultants, a human resource and management consulting firm working to improve organizations’ potential through their people.

Aurelie Houee, COO, Human Resources BNP Paribas CIB, Americas

Aurelie Houee is the COO for Human Resources for BNP Paribas CIB, Americas. She has been working with BNPP for 12 years, half in France and half in the US. She has worked in many different roles and organizations, including 8 years in Global market and 2 years in Information Security.

Aurelie Houee comes from one of these Parisian suburbs where diversity is a much more deeper reality than in Paris or NY. It’s always been part of her way or working to involve and include people from diverse horizons, as she is convinced that it helps being more creative.

Susan Panzer, Head of Internal Audit Americas, Commerzbank AG

Susan Panzer is currently the Head of Internal Audit Americas for Commerzbank AG. Prior to joining Commerzbank she was the Global Internal Audit, Anti-Fraud and Client & External Audit Executive – Computershare. Throughout her career she has worked to transform governance functions into commercially rational, risk-conscious teams. Components of her success model include creating risk awareness across company entities and employees, optimizing audit strategies, expanding organizational boundaries, and introducing technology to facilitate communication, monitoring and oversight. Prior to her role with Commerzbank, Panzer spent over 20 years on the business side of the financial services industry.

Jayaprada Viswanadha, Americas Head of Advisory in Energy & Infrastructure

Jaya Viswanadha leads Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank’s (CACIB) efforts in advising its clients on complex projects in the sector, from the business development to capital raising stage. Prior to CACIB, Ms. Viswanadha was a Manager at Aquila Inc in Kansas City in the merchant power division. Previously, Jaya began her career at SBI Capital Markets in energy and infrastructure in Mumbai, India. Jaya strongly believes that being diverse and inclusive is good for both - morale and business. Jaya serves on the Core Committee of Credit Agricole CIB’s Americas Women’s Network. Jaya is a Chartered Accountant (India), holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from University of Mumbai and is an alumna of Harvard Business School (Executive Education).
